You can have multiple Webhook Nodes for a single Voice Agent, if you want to sync the result of the call at multiple places.
During agent onboarding, the Launch step can add one webhook for you. Paste a Slack, n8n, Zapier, or backend URL and Menace Voice attaches a Webhook node with a recap payload. You can still edit the payload in the editor.
Creating the Webhook Payload#
The payload can contain a valid JSON, and you can reference context variables while constructing it using double-brace syntax — for example {{workflow_run_id}}, {{initial_context.*}}, and {{gathered_context.*}}, including the final call outcome {{gathered_context.call_disposition}}.
